Charles V. Leonard
Charles grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where he graduated from Socastee High School in 1983. He attended the University of South Carolina, graduating in 1987 with a degree in Insurance and Business Administration. Thereafter, he attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 1991.
Since 1991, Charles has practiced law with his partner, Frederick L. Harris, as a trial attorney, specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation. He has represented thousands of clients in all South Carolina Courts, from Magistrate Court to the South Carolina Supreme Court.
